If you’re going through the grieving process and finding it a bit of a struggle, one way you could help yourself is if you reach out to other people for help. They don’t even have to be friends or family – sometimes reaching out to complete strangers can be a refreshing and interesting way of getting to know people who may have experienced the same things you have. Forums like this are great to talk things over with people who are here for the same reason.
Obviously, everyone grieves in their own way, so this method might not be for everyone. But it definitely helped me. 🙂
